Notification Sound Settings on Apple Devices

Enable Alerts -Go to Settings > Notifications and toggle Allow Notifications ON for the app.

Check Sound -Ensure your device is not on Silent mode and increase the volume in Settings > Sounds & Haptics.

Re-Enable Notifications -Turn notifications OFF and then ON again in Settings > Notifications for the app to refresh.

Unblock Alerts -Verify the app is not restricted in Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps.

Disable DND -Turn OFF Do Not Disturb/Focus Mode from Control Center or Settings > Focus.

Enable Refresh -Turn ON Background App Refresh in Settings > General > Background App Refresh for smoother alerts.
